Operation Christmas Child - Gift filled shoe boxes

A huge thank you to all parents who together with their child filled a shoe box with gifts. At nursery, our pupils watched a short clip where the recipients first wait eagerly for the boxes to arrive and then we could see their faces, filled with joy, when they opened them. We had a group discussion and our pupils realised how little those children had and the conditions that they were living in. They understood and appreciated how priviledged we all are and how important it is to help others more in need.
